New Season
Updated: May 7, 2020
Hello everyone!

Today the 17/18 Season begins at the SemperOper Ballett! Our season begins with Manon choreographed by Kenneth MacMillan. I was lucky enough to learn this ballet back at the Romanian National Ballet, due to injury I didn't make it to the stage so I'm very exited to revisit it. After that we run into our most recent premiere, at the end of last season featuring Balanchine's Symphony in C, Kylian's Forgotton Land and Forsythe's Quintett. A very diverse bill, three inspiring ballets all in very different ways and by three renowned choreographers. We are very lucky to have this repertoire at our feet, or more for our feet!

I have started a mini series on my Twitter, the #stagedoordiaries. It's to give a little insight into the day-to-day life at the SemperOper Ballett, so check that out to stay updated on what we're up to and the goings on behind the stage doors.
